1. Introduction

  • “Content” includes text, graphics, images, pricing, documentation, communications, and other materials made available by the Company.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or interacting with Bades Solar Solution via WhatsApp, RCS, phone, or email, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

If any maintenance or service contract is subscription-based:

  • Either party may terminate with written notice.
  • Outstanding dues must be cleared prior to termination.

Termination does not relieve payment obligations incurred before termination.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Bades Solar Solution uses WhatsApp Official API and RCS channels for:

  • Service reminders
  • Customer support
  • Promotional communications (with opt-in consent)

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receiving messages through these platforms.

  • Applicable TRAI regulations

Users may opt-out anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

  • We do not guarantee message delivery due to telecom or platform limitations.
